BodyMantra : Moving Forward

Now that we have turned yet another corner with COVID, I’m here with an update about where things are related to BodyMantra, going forward.

Even if you aren’t a regular BodyMantra attendee in Colorado, I hope you’ll read on, as this update impacts everyone on my mailing list and where we go from here.

The root of this update lies in the last two years. All of us having been impacted in ways seen and unseen, big and small, by the arrival and persistence of COVID-19.

As you all well know, my professional world shifted dramatically during the pandemic time, which led me to much introspection about what path I’d like to walk from here forward. And while I still haven’t fully landed, I do feel a clarity that has led me to an intentional and notable change of course.

The pivot is this: I will not be returning to teaching BodyMantra on Saturdays.

Deep breath with me, please. This is a vulnerable moment both for me and anyone that has been a part of weekly BodyMantra on Saturdays.

::

BodyMantra is ready to evolve. It’s time. COVID happened to be the unexpected catalyst.

That said …

BodyMantra is not going away.

I’m leaning into my trust that the vessel of BodyMantra that has moved through me since I introduced it in 2008 will lead me/us forward into even more expansive territory.

And … even with this knowing lodged deep in my heart, I don’t know exactly how all of this is going to unfold.

My ardent hope is that you will stick around to find out where this goes. To trust that BodyMantra will continue to be a potent container for your spiritual growth and body awareness.

For now, here is what I can offer more concretely:

I will no longer be teaching regular BodyMantra classes on Saturdays. Stay tuned for other potential offerings on the in-person front.

I will continue to work in private practice, focusing with my clients on spiritual growth, self-awareness and embodiment. I’d be happy to see you online or in my office if you feel called.

I will continue to work with customized essential oil blends as medicine for personal growth, daily ritual and intentional ceremony. Didn’t know about that? You can read more here.

I will continue to post and share my writings about all things body and soul related, via email and my website.

If you’d like to stay connected to this evolution with me, you will need to opt in to my new email list (It’s simple: Just go to my Homepage and sign up in the right sidebar).

Okay. Another breath here.

I hope you will take a moment to pause and understand that this is a tender moment for me, as I claim this choice aloud. My heart is fragile and certain, grieving and celebrating all at the same time. My soul knows this is the right course and yet my body is still trembling as I face into the uncertainty and give this public air.

I will close by saying:

I am grateful to every single person that has been a part of BodyMantra thus far, whether for one day or 14 years. Your presence and curiosity, your authenticity and love have brought BodyMantra and me to this point and for that, my gratitude is infinite. I look forward to sharing more with you as new possibilities unfold.

I hope that our paths will cross in the future as already-familiar souls. And if they don’t, I bless you and hold you in the highest intention and care for your journey.

With all my love –

Kimberly

    Hi Kimberly,

    I am crying.
I’ve missed you, and our group, so much, and often.

I return to my experiences there again and again, as a touchstone, in many aspects & levels of my life…

Even my tears now return me to the saline primal seas and deep wisdoms therein…

    With love and gratitude, Chrystos

Loving you, salt and all, Chrystos. We’re always dancing together, of that I’m sure.
